The Service

We provide a subscription-based service delivering 52 weekly prompts, compiled into a printed book once completed.

• All 52 questions must be completed to receive a book
• No partial books are provided
• You are responsible for all submitted content

Registration & Account Management

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for account security
• We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion

Fees, Payment & Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed annually in GBP
• Prices may change with notice before renewal
• You are responsible for applicable taxes
• Failed payments may result in suspension

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.

Cooling-off rights may apply under UK law, but once the service begins, refunds are not guaranteed.

No refunds are provided if the 52 questions are not completed.

Printing & Fulfilment

• Books are produced after all prompts are completed
• Shipping times may vary
• You must provide accurate delivery details
• We may replace lost or damaged items where appropriate

Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Your responses are stored securely to deliver the Service.

User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a licence to use it to produce your book
• Content must not be unlawful or offensive

Intellectual Property

All site materials, branding, and design are owned by Story Of Our Family and protected by law.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the previous six months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
